Dru Yoga

Dru yoga is a unique style of Hatha yoga with its graceful and easy flowing movements and sequences, guided breathing, affirmations and blissful relaxations. Rooted in classical yogic traditions yet designed for the 21st century, Dru yoga offers restorative and therapeutic techniques bringing body and mind into balance as well as increasing flexibility and resilience to stress. It is very uplifting and has positive effects on health and general well being. At the same time it is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and ability.

Registered Dru yoga teacher Edith Ewald

Edith has been practising a variety of different styles of yoga for over 20 years. In 2008 she discovered Dru Yoga,joined the Professional Dru Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours Yoga Alliance course) in London and has been teaching this safe and therapeutic style of yoga at gyms, yoga studios and workplaces since 2009. In 2015 Edith qualified in Restorative yoga, a teacher training run by Anna Ashby at Tri-yoga London, a simply restorative yoga which has now become part of Edith’s teaching. Most recently Edith started teaching yoga classes at Champney’s Spa Hotels. Edith also offers Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle consultations.
